My husband and I finished biking the Luce Line from Plymouth to Winsted Labor Day weekend. We are senior citizens so we did the trek in 4-5 mile segments, biking forward and then returning to our van, the next time picking up where we had stopped and doing another 4-5 miles. It took us two weeks to accomplish the task (did not make it every day) of over 30 miles. It was a wonderful break - exercise and nature, solitude and beauty. I highly recommend the experience!
